At Everyday Custom Print, all products are made to order. This policy explains how orders are processed, produced, shipped, and delivered. Total delivery time = production time + shipping transit time.
1. Production Time
All products are produced after an order is placed and confirmed. Standard production time is 1–3 business days. Larger, high-volume, or complex orders may require additional time. Production begins after payment is confirmed.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed outside business hours may be processed on the next business day. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
3. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Domestic rates below apply to United States shipments. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

International shipping is available to select countries via:
- DHL Express Worldwide
- USPS First Class Package International
- USPS Priority Mail Express International
- USPS Priority Mail International
International rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, order weight, and selected service.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier accepts the shipment.
5. Shipping Carriers
Domestic orders may be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other providers. International orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or USPS International services. Carrier selection is based on order size, destination, and shipping service selected.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by incorrect or undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned due to a customer address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
7. Delivery Delays
Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather conditions, high shipping volume, incorrect address information, or service interruptions. We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
8. Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking the delivery address carefully
- Checking with household members, neighbors, front desk, or mailroom
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Contacting us if you need further order support
9. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a verified production defect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos. After review and approval, we will provide a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
