At Everyday Custom Print, all products are made to order based on the product selections, customization details, and specifications provided at the time of purchase. Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for orders that have been correctly produced and delivered as ordered.
1. Non-returnable and non-refundable orders
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds in situations including, but not limited to:
- Incorrect size, color, quantity, or option selections made by the customer
- Design, text, file, or customization details submitted by the customer
- Changes of mind after the order is placed
- Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
- Minor variations in color, placement, or finish that may occur as part of the custom production process
Each order is produced individually based on the information provided by the customer. Once production has started, the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded.
2. Orders eligible for review
We take full responsibility for issues caused by our production or fulfillment process. A replacement or refund may be offered only in the following cases:
- The item arrives damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- There is a verified printing or production defect caused by us
3. How to report an issue
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our production, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery. To request a review, please provide:
Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
4. Resolution process
Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the problem. Approved resolutions may include:
- A replacement item
- A refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to review each claim and determine eligibility based on the order details, submitted evidence, and production records.
